FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to functional diagnostics. Simultaneous measurement of 300-600 electric cardiocycles in 1, 2 and 3 standard Einthoven leads or unipolar, augmented Goldberger limb leads. Amplitudes of QRS-ventricular complexes (An+1) are measured with accuracy to 1 millivolt and time intervals between them (In+1) with accuracy to 1 millisecond. Array of cardiocycles is structures by means of "window" which includes successively 3 or more cardiocycles by movement by one cardiocycle along electric cardiogram from the beginning to its end. Each fragment of structured electric cardiogram is coded by means of symbols, similar symbols of fragment coding are calculated and ranked taking into account occurrence frequency, compared with standard codograms of norm and various diseases, obtained in similar way, including symbols of only 100% occurrence. Conclusion about presence of norm or disease is made by summing up data on diagnostics in three leads, in each of which presence of norm or disease is stated in case if complete set of symbols of corresponding standard is present.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce examination duration and increase diagnostics accuracy.
