FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves continuously recording electrocardiogram during day from more than one standard lead. 300-600 electrocardiogram complexes are studied. QRS series and time intervals separating them are selected in each lead. Mean statistic values of measured parameters are calculated. Structured codogram is built separately for each electrocardiogram lead. The structured codograms of a patient are compared to standard reference codograms taken from healthy and ill people. Conclusions concerning disease case and its marking degree are drawn from reference codogram percentage value. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of health control. 2 cl, 2 dwg,1 tbl
