FIELD: preliminary mixing of fire hazardous and explosive components through smooth distribution of them and wetting of powder- like components with liquid viscous components. SUBSTANCE: proposed mixer has cylindrical housing with pins on working surface, rotor with triangular blades and elastic diaphragm at housing outlet. Upper part of elastic diaphragm has rigid skeleton and is constantly pressed against outlet hole of housing. Lower part of diaphragm may be bent under action of compound being mixed. Provided opposite lower part of diaphragm is pneumohydraulic device for periodic pressing of lower part of diaphragm to outlet hole of housing. Device is provided with limit switches for remote control of its end positions. EFFECT: avoidance on non-utilizable wastes at starting period of mixing process; enhanced safety. 2 dwg
