FIELD: broadcasting and radio communication systems. SUBSTANCE: antenna is designed for operation in ultrahigh- frequency and very-high-frequency bands; its conductors along rhombus sides abutting against resistor are offset throughout entire length in direction perpendicular to longitudinal axis of rhombus. Each conductor may be built up of two conductors separating before they reach cross diagonal of rhombus. Antenna may be provided, in addition, with similar rhombic antenna both antennas being approximately wavelength spaced apart. In addition, intersection of sides abutting against resistor may be located on longitudinal axis of rhombus. EFFECT: reduced side radiation level at improved efficiency in main direction. 4 cl, 4 dwg
