FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: twin reflector rhombic antenna containing conductors arranged along the rhomb sides and forming a long line connected to resistance equal to its wave impedance on one side, and, on other side, connected to the supply lines, is furnished with two flat conducting screens (reflectors). The first reflector is arranged at a certain angle to the rhomb plane and at a certain distance from it. The second reflector is identical to the first one and is arranged in symmetry about it relative to the rhomb plane. Note that the line of intersection of the reflectors' planes is perpendicular to the rhomb lengthwise diagonal.
EFFECT: increased directivity of a single rhombic antenna.
