FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has intraosseous horizontal plate with through hole in its thickness. Support member is mounted in it by means of threaded connection as rod for fixing prostheses. The plate has cylindrical threaded bushing coaxial with the through hole made as a whole with the plate. Conic bevel is produced in the plate hole. The rod is coupled with conic surface congruent to the bevel and smoothly changing into montage cylinder or support cone into that the head is screwed in.
