FIELD: stomatologic implantology. SUBSTANCE: stomatologic implant has intraosseous and ectosseal parts coupled by means of fixing screw. Intraosseous part is provided with thread on external surface with internal threaded hole for screw-plug and for fixing screw and with receiving bed for ectosseal part. The latter is made hollow. It includes tail-piece provided with external receiving bed corresponding to receiving bed of intraosseous part, as well as neck and head. Receiving beds of intraosseous and ectosseal parts are of hexahedron form. External surface of intraosseous part is fitted with thrust thread having constant profile over its entire length. Top of intraosseous part is rounded with radius of 2.5 mm and made with three recesses for self-cutting. EFFECT: reduced rate of resorption of bone tissue surrounding the implant, prolonged service life of implant. 2 cl, 2 dwg
