FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has intraosseous part having threaded conic pericervical part, threaded apical part and extraosseous part. The intraosseous part has two conic parts being pericervical part and apical part. Pericervical part conicity is less than that of the apical part bearing conic thread with profile angle equal to 40-50 deg. Fitting cone is available inside which walls have multiple set of slits below the external boundary. The extraosseous part has inclination angle of 0-30 deg with respect to its longitudinal part. EFFECT: high fixation reliability; simplified introduction into bone tissue; excluded intraosseous part turn over. 4 cl, 3 dwg
