SUBSTANCE: group of inventions involves versions of a dental implant, refers to medical equipment, namely to orthopaedic dental devices bearing dental prostheses endosseously, and can be applicable for dental restoration, including the patients with a significant atrophy of the dental arch. According to the first version, the dental implant comprises a subperiosteal portion in the form of a holed metal plate, an endosseous portion in the form of a perforated plated mounted along the long axis of the subperiosteal portion, a fastening element for the dental prosthesis in the form of an implant head. The subperiosteal portion has a saddle-shaped profile shaped as an anatomical portion of the alveolar crest and represents single round-holed bearing petals mounted from both sides of the endosseous portion. The endosseous portion is cone-shaped towards an apical portion and has axially symmetrical long slots on both surfaces. According to the second version, the subperiosteal portion of the dental implant has the saddle-shaped profile shaped as the anatomical portion of the alveolar crest and represents single triangle-holed bearing petals mounted from both sides of the endosseous portion, whereas the endosseous portion represents a number of identical tooth-shaped wedges with axially symmetrical long slots on both surfaces.

EFFECT: inventions enable increasing the reliability of the primary fixation of the dental implants and reducing the number of injuries of bone and soft tissues of the alveolar crest.
