FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: plant has tanks; gas-equalizing system; supply gas pipeline; main and additional scrubbers connected with tanks by inlet pipes, and with compressor by means of inlet pipes through gas pipeline; and system of control and measuring instruments and automatics connecting the regulators of condensate limit levels with cutoff valves; replenishing gas pipeline connected with scrubbers by tubular connectors carrying cutoff valves connected in its turn with condensate limit level regulators and pressure pickup through system of control and measuring instruments and automatics. Pressure pickup is located on inlet pipe of compressor provided with pressure pickup and bypass gas pipeline carrying valve. Installed on tank are transducers of compressor switching on and off. Emergency discharge of oil vapors from tank is effected through breathing valves. Discharge of condensate formed in scrubbers is performed through condensate pipeline. EFFECT: higher reliability of plant under conditions of cold climate, prevented possibility of freezing of water part of condensate in scrubbers, eliminated emergency situations, reduced number of servicing personnel. 1 dwg
