FIELD: processes or apparatus for separation.
SUBSTANCE: device has compressor, sucking pipeline, scrubber, pipeline for discharging condensate, pressure pipeline provided with a check valve, and bypass pipeline. The bypass pipeline connects the pressure pipeline with the scrubber. The additional bypass pipeline connects the pressure pipeline of the device with the gas balance line of vessels. The outlet of the additional bypass pipeline is provided with an electrically driven gate valve. Upstream of the gate valve there is a drain pipeline connected with the device for discharging gas to the atmosphere. Upstream of the device there is an electrically driven gate vale. The pipeline for inert gas is connected with a source of compressed inert gas and is set in the sucking pipeline upstream of the scrubber. The pipeline for inert gas is provided with an electrically driven gate vale at its outlet. The electrically driven gate valves are mounted in the sucking pipeline at the device inlet, pressure pipeline at the device outlet, and bypass pipeline between the scrubber and pressure pipeline. The pipeline for discharging condensate from the scrubber is provided with a pump.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reduced fire hazard.
