FIELD: pneumatic separation of loose materials. SUBSTANCE: air separator includes body accommodating two groups of truncated hollow cones located one above the other; loading and unloading branch pipes; divider installed inside trancated hollow cones. Diameters of lower group cones reduce over separator height. Installed on end of loading branch pipe is circular pipeline with expanding nozzle provided with internal spiral grooves and located tangentially to body. Surfaces of upper and lower truncated hollow cones carry curved spiral guides. Unloading branch pipe is made in form of expanding upward truncated cone with internal spiral grooves passing into circular vessel connected with dust collector. EFFECT: higher quality of separation of loose materials. 3 dwg
