Method involves the measurement of the rate of enzymatic hydrolysis of acylthiocholine (substrate for choline esterase) in buffer medium in the absence and in the presence of sample to be analyzed using indicator for thiol group. 4,4'-Bis-(2-hydroxy-6,8-disulfo-1-naphthylazo)-phenyl disulfide tetrapotassium salt is used as indicator. The rate value is measured by tangent angle slope in kinetic curve initial site. Method provides elimination of dilution of analyzed colored extracts.
