FIELD: environmental monitoring. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at controlling environmental pollution, in particular with organophosphorus poisoning substances, insecticides, carbamates, and cyanobacteria toxins. Diagnostic kit is composed by horse serum cholinesterase, butyrylthiocholin (substrate), and thiol group indicator: 4,4'-bis(2-hydroxy- 6,8-disulfo-1-naphthylazo)phenyldisulfide tetrapotassium salt. Enzyme and substrate with indicator are uniformly distributed respectively on enzyme and substrate-indicator electrodes. Immobilization of cholinesterase is accomplished by moving tape of fibrous material under open reactor provided with disk stirrer, into which, simultaneously, buffer solution of horse serum cholinesterase and glutaraldehyde solution are separately introduced through two channels. Impregnation is accomplished by moving fibrous material tape under open reactor provided with disk stirrer, into which is fed substrate in organic solvent. Analysis is carried out using clamping device made in the form of double-fold box. EFFECT: lowered analytical threshold, reduced analytical errors and analysis price. 4 cl
