SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring enzymatic butiryl thiocholine hydrolysis rate in buffer using photometry method at 580 nm wavelength. 4,4'-bis-(2-hydroxy-6,8- disulfo-1-naphtylaso)-phenyl disulfide of tetra-potassium salt is used as indicator on thiol group. Enzyme hydrolysis rate is evaluated by calculating tangent of inclination angle of initial segment of kinetic curve describing dependence of optical density on enzymatic butiryl thiocholine hydrolysis time.
