FIELD: medicine; biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: analysed sample is placed on porous substrate included in flat indicator elements, and colour blend of analysed sample and reference sample is registered by video measurement devices for selected most relevant colour index for 240±1 seconds after incubation in the presence of enzyme, substrate and indicator. Enzyme activity suppression percentage is calculated followed by defining anticholinesterase substance concentration by calibration diagram.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and accuracy of results, reduced probability of subjective mistake in analysis effect registration, reduced error in anticholinesterase-effect substance measurement in sample solutions.
