METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF GRAIN DRYING PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING THE SAME Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: grain drying process in agriculture and other branches of national economy. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of determining minimally possible exposition of grain drying in each of K zones of drying chamber; controlling working rate of discharging device of drier according to maximum exposition, correcting temperature of heat transfer agent in said zones in dependance upon moisture content in grain at input of zone, predetermined value of its moisture content at output of drying chamber and drying process exposition. Drying chamber is provided with circuit for controlling exposition, circuit for controlling temperature of heat transfer agent of heat generator, K numbers of circuits for controlling temperature of heat transfer agent in K zones of drying chamber. All circuits are mutually connected by means of correcting lines. There are K numbers of units for setting parameters in K circuits for controlling temperature of heat transfer agent in zones and exposition circuit. Setting units together with exposition circuit provide sustaining of maximally possible output efficiency of discharging apparatus of drying chamber and together with circuits for controlling temperature of heat transfer agent in zones provide temperature of heat transfer agent necessary for drying grain until predetermined moisture content.
