FIELD: air traffic control systems and aids, in particular, flight- control ratio engineering equipment, designed for installation on flight vehicles and on the ground in the airfield area for support of landing of flight vehicles and observation of them. SUBSTANCE: the system has a satellite navigation system, on-board section of the flight vehicle comprising the on-board equipment of users of the satellite navigation system, computer of landing path parameters, on-board communication terminal, as well as series-connected automatic control system and monitoring device, and ground section comprising the first equipment of users of the satellite navigation system and second equipment of users of the satellite navigation system positioned at the beginning of the runway and on continuation of it axis respectively, ground computer-controller, ground communication terminal and air traffic control center; introduced in the on- board section of the flight vehicle between the output of the on-board equipment of users of the satellite navigation system and the input of the automatic control system are series-connected computer of reference path parameters and deviation computer, introduced in the ground section are the third equipment of users of the satellite navigation system located on the perpendicular to the runway axis, guide cosines computer, and introduced between the respective output of the ground computer-controller and the input of the air traffic control center are series-connected navigation parameters, computer of the observation system and the coding device; the air traffic control center uses series-connected coordinate and angular information processing equipment and display equipment, whose output is connected to the air traffic control center by two-way communication.
