FIELD: electrical engineering; mechanical-to-electrical energy conversion. SUBSTANCE: for producing electrical energy, mechanical energy source is coupled with electrical energy generator; according to invention, mechanical energy source is electrodynamic motor of unbalanced electrodynamic subsystem supplied with power from external source whose winding is connected in parallel with capacitor to organize oscillatory circuit whose currents are resonance-tuned; as soon as rated characteristics of electrical energy generator are attained, some portion of electrical energy is conveyed to feed electrodynamic motor of unbalanced electrodynamic subsystem. EFFECT: reduced cost required for electrical energy generation. 2 cl, 1 dwg
