SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in industry, heat engineering, municipal services, agriculture, medicine, household and transport. Method of treating liquids by alternating electromagnetic field is carried out by means of device (A1), containing generator of pulses (A2) of direct current and oscillatory circuit (A3). Variable electromagnetic field is produced by action of DC pulses generated by pulse generator (A2) on oscillatory circuit (A3) connected to it. In oscillatory circuit (A3) self-oscillations causing AC flow occur. Inductance (L) of oscillatory circuit (A3) emits alternating electromagnetic field used for treatment of liquids.

EFFECT: invention increases fluid fluidity.
