FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: tillage tool has two rows of needle disk batteries, bar of round, square or hexahedral section, spring tooth harrow and conical or worm-type reducer. All mentioned parts of tillage tool are mounted on frame. Input shaft of conical or worm-type reducer is connected to independent or synchronous tractor power shaft through cardan shaft. Replaceable sprocket mounted on reducer output shaft is connected through chain to additional replaceable sprocket positioned on front intermediate shaft. Safety coupling is mounted on reducer output shaft. Safety coupling is also mounted on shaft in upper part of bar beam. Number of replaceable sprocket teeth is selected depending on type of tractor power shaft drive and reducer transmission ratio, so ratio of progressive motion speed of tillage tool and circumferential speed of needle disk batteries for front batteries is 0.76-1.18 and for rear disk batteries is 0.62-1.38. Ratio of progressive motion speed of tillage tool and circumferential speed of bar beam must be within the range of 0.74-0.78. Tillage tool of such construction provides surface cultivation of soil, with plant remains being left on soil surface, and reduces cost per piece of agricultural product by imparting small-grain structure to soil surface layer and, as a result, creates conditions for moisture accumulation and retention.
