FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame with hitch and carrier wheels, first row of batteries of disk-type tools, three rows of working tools formed as A-hoes and/or hoes/shavers, and row of batteries of conical rollers, with said rows of batteries being mounted in succession on frame. Batteries of disk-type tools are assembled on square shafts and are equipped with continuous and recessed blades. Diameter of disks with recessed blades exceeds diameter of disks with continuous blades to allow formation of 2-3 cm depth channels at the bottom of cultivated soil layer. Disk-type working tools are set for cultivation depth of 12-14 cm by filling ballast boxes. Angles of batteries are adjusted by changing length of connecting tie-rods. Hoes of apparatus are set to cultivation depth of 8-10 cm, and conical rollers are attached to frame through longitudinal tie-rods and are set to cultivation depth of 2-3 cm and to predetermined angle of attack. Apparatus is used for surface cultivation of soil to grow farm crops in unsaturated zones. EFFECT: improved conditions for moisture accumulation and moisture retention, intensified weedage, pest and disease control and, accordingly, increased yield and quality of agricultural products. 1 dwg
