Pharmaceutical preparation covered by enterosoluble envelope as an active component comprises compound taken among group consisting of omeprazole, omeprazole alkaline salt, (-)- enantiomer omeprazole and (-)-enantiomer omeprazole alkaline salt. This preparation comprises core comprising an active component and, possibly, alkaline reagent being an active component is in the mixture with pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, as such, binding agent and separating layer and enterosoluble enveloper layer are applied on indicated core material. For preparing pharmaceutical preparations hydroxypropylmethylcellulose with the definite cloud point is used. Except for, invention describes methods for preparing and usage of the claimed preparations in medicine. Invention provides preparing preparation useful for oral administration of omeprazole.
