FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: preparation has a core consisting of omeprazole magnesium salt as an active substance with crystallinity degree above 70%. Crystallinity degree is determined by roentgen diffraction of powder. Core is covered by one or some layers of enterosoluble coat. Coat thickness does not show effect on omeprazole release in aqueous solutions at pH values prevailing in intestine. Preparation is able for inhibition of gastric acid secretion in mammals. Medicinal form with omeprazole magnesium salt shows high stability to decolorization and dissolving in acid medium, for extrusion through stretching transparent package that provides its convenient use by patients. Method of preparing medicinal form with enterosoluble coat is based on use of water that is desirable for industrial conditions and for environment ecology.
