FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting optimum point for making puncture on the body surface under ultrasonic control. The puncture needle is introduced in the direction of the target. The puncture point having been selected, vascular bed pattern is determined in the adjacent zones using Doppler ultrasonography method. The needle is introduced outside the ultrasonic attachment or transducer. Needle trajectory is corrected at every point in correspondence with breathing excursions and blood vessel arrangement. Needle-to-transducer angle is varied to 360 C. EFFECT: prevented tissue and blood vessel injuries.
