FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: network system of programmed node in fixed position and mobile labeling nodes provides direct communication between nodes. Specific nodes are programmed for recognition of extreme conditions in environment and logical actions using other parameters of conditions under recognition, as well communication to other nodes. Each node has integral circuit, which has three autonomous processors, which have shared memory and control circuit, but use separate registers. First processor provides monitoring of access to units, and has receiving- transmitting units for receiving and transmitting information. Second processor starts code, which is stored for specific usage layer, as well as complete operating system, which is equipped with direct communication to input-output devices for preliminary processing using conditions in environment. Third processor connects application processor to communication processor and controls various operations in the network: data processing, addressing, and so on.
