FIELD: biotechnological methods. SUBSTANCE: various-origin lignocellulose material is saturated with water and fed into continuous press and heated to temperature below lignocellulose material destruction temperature (not above 260 C) at pressure higher than aqueous tension at heating temperature. Material is then throttled for a period not longer than 0.1 s to provide phase transfer "liquid water-water vapor". EFFECT: enhanced destruction of cellular structures. 3 cl
