FIELD: heart valve prosthesis; set of sewed-on collar for installation on body of heart valve prostheses. SUBSTANCE: set of sewage-on collar includes elastically deformed spring having possibility of action of controlled force directed to structure with hole. When torsion force is applied to valve, force leads to counteracting rotation, torque sufficient for resistance to rotation during normal operation of valve after implantation but is sufficiently low to ensure spontaneous rotation, for instance, during operation. Device for assembling of sewage-on collar to valve prosthesis includes guide device conical in shape, tensioning member and drive for driving of sewed-on along conical member and onto valve body.
