FIELD: transplantation medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention aims to suppress rejection of transplants after transplantation of marrow and treatment of autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis, inflammation of uveal tract of eye, nephrotic syndrome, etc. Medicinal form of invention is made in the form of drinking solution or capsules. It contains 0.5-2 (preferably 1) wt parts of one or several amorphous cyclosporines (preferably cyclosporine A or G) as active ingredient, 6-9 (preferably 7.5) wt parts of one or several polyethylene glycol monoesters of saturated fatty C10-C22-hydroxyacids, and 1-3 (preferably 2) wt parts of one or several monoatomic or polyatomic alcohols as cosolvents. Preparation procedure: 100 g of amorphous cyclosporine is dissolved in 127 ml of ethanol at room temperature, after which 96 ml of propylene glycol and 750 g of above-indicated esters are added at stirring until transparent viscous solution is formed.
