Capsule has a pharmaceutical composition containing the following components: I - cyclosporine; II - propylene carbonate; III - a mixture of mean long chain fatty acid triglyceride and fatty acid monoglyceride as a lubricant and IV - surface-active substance with value of hydrophilic pattern balance from 8 to 17. Invention ensures to develop the medicinal form having standard dose of cyclosporine that is suitable for patient. Pharmaceutical composition in capsule shows stability, high biological availability being independently of specificity of individual patients. Invention can be used for suppression of inherent immunological responses of the living body caused by transplantation of tissues and organs.
