FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: preparation comprises: (1) cyclosporin as an active component; (2) polyethylene glycol or propylene carbonate or their mixture; (3) mixture of esterified compound of fatty acid and primary alcohol with fatty acid monoglyceride as a lubricant and (4) surface-active substance with HLB value = 8-17. The preparation variant comprises the composition including cyclosporin as an active component, propylene carbonate and a mixture of fatty acid triglyceride of mean chain length and fatty acid monoglyceride. The preparation can be placed into gelatin envelope and made as a capsule. The preparation is prepared by homogeneous mixing components (2), (3) and (4), cyclosporin dissolving in the latter at stirring and heating a mixture up to 60 C. The preparation can be placed into gelatin envelope in machine for making capsules with a soft cover. Invention provides to decrease an inconvenience associated with patient adaptation to intake of cyclosporin preparations and to develop the standard dose for oral administration. Invention can be used for suppression of inherited immunological responses of live body as a result of transplantation of tissues and organs.
