SUBSTANCE: proposed tank includes load- bearing envelope 1, tubular flange 2 with circular groove 3, pipe union 4 for filling the tank and discharge of liquid, hold-down ring 5, flexible diaphragm 6 with end projection 7, bottom 8, pipe union 9 for delivery of control gas, thin-walled ring 10, sealing gasket 22 and union nut 23. Bottom is provided with cavity 14. Inner surface of bottom is provided with holes 15. Cavity of bottom is provided with splitter 16 having holes 21.
