FIELD: sealing engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is used for sealing of stationary joints of pipelines and main lines by means of metal flexible gaskets. Device has flanges with sealing surfaces of tapered form on one flange and of concave form, on the other. Device also has sealing gasket and stopping releasing ring. Gasket is provided with flexible tabs coming in contact with sealing surfaces of flanges and with circular projection, internal cylindrical surface of which is in contact with external cylindrical surface. Stopping releasing ring has C- shaped section, and it is fixed in circular groove made on the above-indicated cylindrical surface of flange. Circular projection of gasket is provided with transverse external projection which enters stopping ring groove. Device makes it possible to reduce overall dimensions of joint and to improve its sealing properties. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 8 cl, 2 dwg
