FIELD: wind-power engineering for driving vehicles. SUBSTANCE: plant has converging air intake placed inside vehicle body. Mounted at air intake outlet is windwheel that functions to set electric generator rotor in rotary motion. Generator is coupled with electric motor that charges storage battery. Air intake is not arranged over entire length of body and has its outlet under bottom of body tail; air stream arriving therein provides for air cushion under body tail which raises carrying capacity of vehicle. In its front part, air intake may be made of transparent material and in next part, of metal sheet. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
