FIELD: shut-off fittings for gas-and-oil lines of medium and large diameters; quick shutting-off of pipe lines in an emergency; tight compartments of sea-going and flying vehicles; industrial boxes in handling superpure and ecologically toxic agents. SUBSTANCE: shut-off disk is mounted in one of two parts of body. Each part of body is just section of pipe line with flange. Disk is mounted on hinges which are simultaneously used as limiters for disk turn. Hinges are rigidly secured on inner surface of body. Shut-off disk turns relative to hinge axis which is shifted from shut-off diameter. Circular groove over perimeter of disk face is used for receiving the flexible tubular sealing member made integral with gasket sealing the flanged joint. Sealing member includes at least one branch pipe nipple connecting the internal cavity of sealing member with shut-off rotary device for control medium. Shut-off rotary device is just hermetic inlet secured on external surface of one part of body and is simultaneously used as drive unit for shut-off disk.
