FIELD: home and industrial devices related to locking and controlling armature, possible use for controlling flow and switching.

SUBSTANCE: valve contains body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, lid and shaft. In the body, a gate is mounted, consisting of three plates made of wear-resistant ceramic material with flat-parallel, polished contact surfaces. Edge plates, upper and lower ones, with external configuration, appropriate for mounting socket of gate in the valve body, are mounted with possible prevention of rotation relatively to valve body. The internal plate is made in form of a ceramic disk. Aforementioned disk is polished on both sides with maintenance of flat-parallel parameters and is mounted with possible rotation relatively to immoveable ceramic edge plates. Internal plate has, on one end, at least two closed recesses connected to through apertures of lower ceramic plate, and on other side, facing the shaft, a recess corresponding to the shape of spindle shelf. Damping insert is placed in the recess. On the immobile upper ceramic plate an internal profile is made in form of a circle with shelves, interacting with shaft shelf and limiting the angle of rotation of moveable ceramic disk. Ceramic gate is mounted with possible sealing relatively to walls of valve body by elastic resilient seals and with possible pressing to base of valve body by flat spring and a union nut with simultaneous pressing of spindle towards mobile ceramic disk through a separate spring. Resilient seals are inserted into bevels. Bevels are made along the external contour of immobile ceramic plates. A spring and a fusible insert are mounted on the valve body and connected to the valve wheel.

EFFECT: increased reliability, increased durability of valve, expanded technical capabilities and area of possible application, increased operational safety when used in gas, water and other devices.
