FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves investigating blood plasma under laboratory conditions by determining blood plasma refraction coefficient value. Endogenous intoxication syndrome cases are ranged depending on blood plasma refraction coefficient value. The blood plasma refraction coefficient value being from 1.3475 to 1.3485, the patient is considered to be healthy. The value being from 1.3485 to 1.3495, the patient is considered to posses the first degree of the endogenous intoxication syndrome. The value being from 1.3496 to 1.3505, the patient is considered to posses the second degree of the endogenous intoxication syndrome. The value being from 1.3450 to 1.3474, the patient is considered to posses the third degree of the endogenous intoxication syndrome. The value being below 1.3450, the fourth degree is diagnosed. EFFECT: low costs; high information capacity. 1 tbl
