FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: by method of structure refractometry value of refractive index of patient's blood serum (RIBS) is determined. If reduction of results of RIBS determination with respect to first refractive index value is stable conclusion about absence of inflammatory process activation is made. If result of the following RIBS value determination is higher than any of its previous values on 0.0004 or more, then activation of inflammatory process is stated.
EFFECT: simplification, increase of reliability and efficiency of diagnostics, extension of means for diagnostics of inflammatory process course dynamics in case of pancreatitis in pre- and post operational period.
