FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, which is covered by caps, two identical cylindrical excitation magnets, each of which has a hole for passing shaft and a spherical recess on one of faces. Two excitation magnets differ with respect to magnetic induction vector direction, so that longitudinal geometrical axes of magnets match longitudinal geometrical axis of shaft, while magnets are turned to each other by their opposite poles. In addition, housing contains armature, which is designed as wheel, which is located inside spherical recesses of magnets and comprises hollow toroidal tread, which is made from insulation material and contains two electrodes, which are designed as rings, which have different diameter and are inserted into one another with space between them. Tread by means of spokes is connected to sleeve, which is mounted on shaft, which end carries two collector rings, which are mounted on insulation sleeve and are connected to electrodes and carbon brushes. Inner chamber of tread is filled with mercury or another current-conducting liquid and is connected to two heat compensators. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 13 dwg
