FIELD: manufacturing methods for lined pipes manufactured of plastic material. SUBSTANCE: the method provides for molding of internal lining pipe of plastic material, deformation of it to a lesser diameter than that obtained at molding. Use is made of plastic material with memory. A device for fuel combustion in the form of a burner is installed in the lining pipe cavity. The memory-possessing material is melted and expanded to a diameter equal to the inside diameter of the external pipe. A support for the melted plastic material is produced due to the feed of gaseous combustion products ejected from the burner to the lining pipe cavity. Then, the melted plastic material of the internal lining pipe gets cold and independently keeps its shape in an expanded state. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and tight fitting of material of the lining pipe to the external pipe, having projections and sharp bends. 10 cl, 4 dwg
