FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is used for repair of pipelines. Substituting pipe is mounted inside existing delivery pipe 1 by moving of seal 6, 8 along existing pipe to place adjacent to its connection with main pipeline 2. Then seal is spread out relative to internal surface of existing pipe, for example, by supplying sealing compound 10 to space between seal 6 and pipe 1. Substituting pipe is moved along existing pipe. Space between two pipes is filled with sealing compound. Sealing device is opened, and guide rod 5 and cup 7, on which seal was moved to required location, are removed. Versions of seal manufacture and spreading-out are given.
