FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: described is epoxy polysiloxane polymeric composition for coating prepared by compounding water, polysiloxane of formula: wherein each of R1 is selected from group consisting of hydroxy-containing group and alkyl aryl and alkoxy groups having up to six carbon atoms; each R2 is selected from group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl aryl groups having up to six carbon atoms, and n is selected so that molecular weight of polysiloxane is 400-2000; and organosilane of formula: wherein R3 is selected from group consisting of aryl, alkyl and cycloalkyl groups having up to six carbon atoms and wherein R4 is independently selected from group consisting of alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxyalkyl and hydroxyalkoxyalkyl radicals having up to six carbon atoms; bifunctional aminosilane hardening component condensable with polysiloxane through silane groups; nonaromatic epoxy resin containing at least two 1,2-epoxy groups in molecule and having equivalent weight from 100 to about 2000, and said resin undergoes chain elongation during reaction with polysiloxane amino groups to form completely hardened epoxypolysiloxane polymer with mutually penetrating polymeric network and pigment or filler.
