FIELD: wine making industry. SUBSTANCE: BASTION brandy is produced by blending of French brandy alcohols with average age of at least, 4, 6, 8, or 10 years and/or brandy stock prepared from these alcohols produced from grape growing in region of Pons town, in ratios conferring to finished product of vanilla-grain-flower flavors, with sugar syrup and softened water up to strength of 40%. Blend is treated with cold, filtered, let stand from 90 to not less than 12 months, and bottled. If required, color of De La Tour firm is used in amount ensuring needed color. It is possible to add, during blending, oak extract in amount of 0.6% of blend volume. EFFECT: higher organoleptic characteristics of brandy, extended assortment of brandies. 8 cl, 11 ex
