Proposed invention allows preparing bitter liqueur with the enhanced organoleptic indices. The liqueur shows dark-brown color, spicy taste and aroma reminding Coca Cola that is provided by synergetic effect of liqueur components and their quantitative ratio. EFFECT: valuable properties of liqueur, expanded assortment of bitter liqueurs.
