FIELD: drilling of obliquely directed and horizontal holes, namely, technology of opening of productive seam in planned point. SUBSTANCE: proposed process of laying of horizontal hole includes running of vertical section, section of initial distortion and drilling of horizontal section. Zenith angle over section of initial distortion is being set up till value not exceeding critical one for particular geological conditions when walls of hole lose their stability is obtained. Zenith angle is stabilized to interval of stable rocks located beneath bottom of productive seam. Zenith angle is added to 90 degrees and drilling of horizontal section is conducted through length ensuring opening of productive seam in planned point after zenith angle achieves more than 90 degrees with subsequent laying of inclined or horizontal section of hole in productive seam. EFFECT: enhanced degree of successful construction of hole. 2 dwg
