FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotary engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has housing with cylindrical space, two coaxial rotors with blade pistons arranged in housing space and executing swinging-rotating motion, and drive mechanism including two similar universal joints and two pairs of gears mechanically coupling rotors with output shaft. Drive mechanism is arranged at one side of engine housing. Its universal joints are arranged parallel to each other. One joint is directly coupled with one of rotors and with output shaft. Second joint is coupled with other rotor through one pair of gears and with output shaft, through other pair of gears. Case of second pair of gears is movably coupled with engine housing through hinge frame and screw or other mechanism. Screw mechanism can provide bending of universal joints, thus changing angle of swinging of blade pistons and minimum space between them. EFFECT: provision of possibility of changing engine compression ratio. 4 dwg
