SUBSTANCE: proposed converter comprises casing accommodating dual cylinders in one row or in parallel rows. Said cylinders are located tangentially to circle at the angle between cylinder drive shafts. Pistons in adjacent cylinders are coupled by con-rods with grooves wherein links are fitted coupled with equal-arm rockers. Said rockers are equally spaced on rocking shaft from axes of cylinders and are engaged with aforesaid casing. Said rockers on rocking shaft are equipped with frame having the hinge arranged perpendicular to said shaft and crossing the axle whereon drive bush is fitted. Bush bore axis is perpendicular to hinge pin and crosses it. Said bush embraces power transfer shaft inclined crank with its axis located across rocker axis is perpendicular thereto.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability.
