FIELD: technique and technology of deep drying and fine purification of hydrocarbon gases.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of technique and technology of deep drying and fine purification of hydrocarbon gases and may be used in gas, petroleum, oil refining, petrochemical and chemical industries. The method provides for an adsorption of a gas and its consequent contact with an inhibitor of a hydrate formation. At that the gas after an adsorption is fed to filtration to remove traces of adsorbent. Then a part of the gas flow coming out after filtration is fed for contacting to a created zone of bubbling through a solution of an inhibitor of a hydrate formation. Then the gas enriched with vapors of the inhibitor of a hydrate formation is mixed to the main part of the gas flow coming out after filtration. The installation includes: adsorbers filled in with zeolites, a contact apparatus, a unit of regeneration linked by pipelines. At that on the pipeline used for transportation of the purified and drained gas coming out from adsorbers there is a filter and on the pipeline used for transportation of the gas coming out from the filter there is a valve for the gas by-passing. Besides the contact apparatus, which contains a definite volume of an inhibitor of a hydrate formation, contains a bubbling device. At that the pipeline used for transportation of the gas coming out from the filter is connected to the bubbling device of the contacting apparatus in front of the valve of the for the gas by-passing, and the pipe line of the gas outcome from the contacting apparatus is connected to the pipeline of the gas outcome from the filter behind the valve of the gas by-passing. The invention allows to expand functionalities of the method, to reduce consumption of the inhibitor of a hydrate formation and to reduce operational costs.
