FIELD: geophysical equipment, in particular, for acoustic logging. SUBSTANCE: each perforated region of pressurized housing of downhole electroacoustic transducer is designed as rigid metal cylinder, which has sound-passing windows, which are designed as perforated regions. Jacket, which is designed as polyhedral prism, is mounted on cylinder. Jacket comprises sound-passing flat metal plates, which are connected along their edges to edges of perforated region, so that there is a gap between polyhedral prism and housing. Each plate may have at least one corrugation along direction of housing axis. EFFECT: combination of gas-tightness and sound-passing in housing. 3 cl, 2 dwg
