FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for emission of sound into liquid, in particular, for detection of object position under water. Goal of invention is achieved by design of ultrasound transducer, which has housing, which ends with tight diaphragm, and is mounted in external frame. Oscillating member is designed as piezoelectric disk, which is supported in housing center and has electrodes on its front and back sides. In addition, device has support, which is mounted in housing and carries piezoelectric disk, and electric screen which is located between support and piezoelectric disk, which is in electric contact to electrode, which is located on front surface of piezoelectric disk. Part of electric screen provides centering units, which center piezoelectric disk. EFFECT: possibility to use ultrasound transducer as transmitter and as receiver under arbitrary static pressure. 11 cl, 2 dwg
